I've been working on this off-and-on over the last several weeks, but I haven't been happy with it. A friend recently suggested a tutorial video on shading, and, while I think I need to start over, I learned a lot and I'm kicking myself for not turning to this sort of resource sooner.

Every time I get to shade my drawings it blows my mind how much of a difference some basic lighting can make. It's my least favourite part to actually do, but it's so worth it

I've seen a lot of artists spend so much time on a piece that they end up working for less than minimum wage. That said, I think if you had a Venn diagram with "Artists" and "Perfectionists," you'll end up with an almost perfect circle. Sometimes, artists can be their own worst enemy in this regard!

What data center are you on? 😮

Oh that's fun, I didn't realize you played too! I dabble a lot, but Dark Knight is my go-to class. I'll usually lean Machinist for DPS (though I think Viper is a lot of fun, too!), and White Mage for healing.

Sage is a great class, I'm just an awful shield healer and I know it. 😅

You guys ready for the Legacy of Kain: Defiance remaster and Ascendance next month? I sure as hell am.

Before and after! The old sink was leaking for months, and the faucet was corroded so bad you couldn't turn it or the knobs without percussive force. Also, there was rust in the basin, and pipes needed replacing. Im glad we finally got it fixed but now we're tight on funds again 🫠 it was ~$2800
