For my fellow Facebook refugees, I can't access my FB page. It says there's a technical problem so maybe it's not about their mysterious and unknowable "community standards" this time. That's one reason I am here.

I'm beginning to think that Elon left South Africa because he couldn't deal with freedom, equality, basic human rights, etc.

I cannot access my page or chats on Facebook, but I can see my feed. They say it might be a technical problem but maybe I mentioned Bluesky too much. There's no indication my account has been restricted or suspended, as they have done numerous times in the past. I have no trust in Meta.

I have stopped watching news on TV. I'm currently getting news by email, YouTube and Facebook friends. I still have to vet every article to be sure it's true. I don't have time to fact check my former news sources on TV.
