Roux Scholarship Since 1984, The Roux Scholarship has been the premier cooking competition for UK chefs, with a prize of a 3 month Michelin star restaurant placement.

Chefs based in the UK, aged between 22 and 29, should register their interest via our website now, then develop a recipe using the specified ingredients before 19th January.
