It’s a mint if it works. I’m sure apex and arc are making money. But it’s a really high stakes gamble and it seems to make game designers lives (already crappy) even crappier.

I can see it coming out that it was result of crappy intel or a mistake (doesn’t excuse it), but if your whole campaign is to get the people of Iran to do the heavy lifting while you just yeet missiles at military targets, it is impossibly counterproductive to your mission.
