I just watched another video taken by a 16 year old girl whose mom was taking her to school. The "agents" knocked the mother out on the street, while she was showng her legal right to be here. JFC. As someone who designed bathrooms, I'd NEVER cover every surface with marble like that. It's like if "Fall Risk" was a photo. The surfaces, even if honed, are not suitable for a wet room, and the continuous pattern makes it impossible to see angles of floors and walls - also hard for vision.

When I see people geting brutalized at court appointments, and file folders scattered around on the ground, it breaks my heart. These are people who have HOPE they will be allowed to stay. People who have had NO issues at all with check ins, and are suddenly and roughly detained and disappeared

I’ve been doing gig work in so many (mostly) non-corporate grocery stores this fall. They’re already hurting from rising prices and people cutting back on food spending. This will crush independent stores, many established in the 1940s, into the clutches of monsters like Kroger. We’ll see failures.
