You're all adorable. Mid-60s here. Walk 3+ miles a day, dance for hours a few times a week to live music, and always moving. Nothing hurts. No Advil. If you're able, you gotta KEEP moving, keep dancing. "Working out" isn't it. Have to stay active and flexible throughout the day, and strength train .
