Sonic and Shadow have a lot of experience from taking care of a kid like silver bcs Destiny as a little kid could never stay still and was always running (and falling) everywhere, just at some point Destiny started to get tired (even as a kid) and shadow could have time to sit—

of Silver but of course they don’t want to take away the experience of them being parents ~ the moment everyone jump to help immediately is when they see True falling bcs True is the one with more resistance to get tired, so if he is tired, it means Destiny is as well~

True will hold Destiny so he can rest and well, even though also True gets tired he’ll keep an eye so Destiny can fully sleep some time

Little fun data: True isn’t around while Chili is helping Destiny because he keeps doing his “hero work” ( that he’s doing for real so he is absent longer time) he requested chili to hold Destiny’s hand whenever he is working so Destiny doesn’t feel alone and scared

makes sense Destiny is scared of everything and to depend of others. To Chili was natural to become a protector of Destiny and kinda automatically adopted him as his little brother, and he’s doing all this work for free and this gave Chili a lot to think about his powers.

Chili has been lost since he is 17 years old 😭 so he understands destiny, however unlike Destiny, his parents Sonic and Shadow lived separated and he was raised more by Tails and Amy. But he feels Destiny, Destiny was loved by his parents and he was overprotected so
