Like, I open Facebook wanting to keep up with friends and am instantly buried neck deep in the worst news imaginable from my own country and the world. It's so draining. And I want to keep up and try to help but I don't know what I can do really.

Sometimes it's just really, really hard to keep up with social media when it seems all there is, is constant horror. Like, not fun horror either y'know. ICE, Trump, taking away people's rights, corporate greed and AI. I dunno.
