As a lesbian, I can only say how utterly embarrassed I am by this.

Cis women are tired of being told that trans women represent a threat. Or that the transphobes are protecting us. Not in our name!

This is why, when we criticise Rowling, we must do so on the basis of her obnoxious beliefs. When we call her names, or threaten her, we not only stoop to her level, we give her vital ammunition & play right into her hands #transwomenarewomen #transrightsarehumanrights #LGBwiththeT
