This is for a single person salary specifically. I think the median household income is like $80K nationwide.

Yeap. Can’t say I’d completely toss someone out over that.

The median income in USA is somewhere between $50-60K I believe. If you can’t take care of yourself that’s one thing, but savings for me get into something else.

I only say that bc the vast majority of people are walking around with very little savings and if that’s the bar then ain’t gone be a lot of partnered people in the world.

But if it’s that important to you by all means do so.

I wouldn’t only because HE said so. What I mean by that is if that’s his def. of “finances in order” then he’s not going to be 100% in the pursuit and relationship.

WTBS, imo if you’re waiting for a wo/man to have a certain amount of savings before you can date them you may be waiting a while.
