It really depends on the character. Sometimes they share blood, sometimes they're just friends, etc.
Well, it depends a lot. I have different universes. But in most of them, they're with the "canon" CountryHumans.
This is because they share history with real countries. For example, I have a character named Jacel who shares history with Greece.
