My doc just emailed me that she and her group are doing this - I haven’t seen it in print or discussed anywhere either so I thought I’d post and see if anyone has tried it. She suggests a very slow titration - 1mg/month to get to 12.

So microdoses of rapamycin are going up? Anyone done the titration from 6 to 12 or 15?

Any changes in how you feel on the higher dose?
