Slimes don't do well with ice!

Added a 'frozen' frame, and related sound effects. Also sound effects for jumping/landing.

The slime is only vulnerable when its jumping forward, as soon as it lands it becomes a puddle without a hit box. Just finished that frame, and just need one more transition frame to the jumping animation :)

For me it's thinking hand tracking is a gimmick. I temporarily implemented hand tracking early on because it was faster than implementing controllers. It grew on me and stuck, and I realised its just hard to implement well and nobodies really done that work yet to make it viable for meaty games..
