Disgracing Miyazaki is part of the point: It's more proof to them tech has won.

Josie is correct, of course, and it's also telling that the defenders of GenAI never seem to have heard of the countless tools for sparking creative ideas that have existed forever. Like reading, and interacting with the world. Or, cut-ups, Oblique Strategies, story dice, Exquisite Corpse, etc.
