Israel’s ambulance service said six people were wounded in the strike. A man in his 50s is in moderate condition and five others were lightly injured. Footage from the scene shows a large crater in a roadway and damage to a nearby vehicle. Separate videos shared online appear to show multiple objects breaking apart and falling over Israeli skies during the barrage. It remains unclear whether the falling fragments were sub-munitions from a cluster warhead or debris from an intercepted missile. The Israeli military has previously said Iran has fired ballistic missiles with cluster warheads, which disperse roughly 20 smaller explosive munitions over a wide area as they descend, according to Times of Israel.
