just fyi bsky has a "rude" posts filter amongst other dubious modes that were set to "hide" for me by default. i had no clue about this. idk and idc what bsky decides is "rude" and i'm setting it to "warn" for now just to see what it's been hiding from me. check yours here➡️ bsky.app/profile/mode...

I can understand the appeal of taking a shortcut, but it'll never be as rewarding as that moment when you finish a pic, step back, and think 'Wow, did I actually do that?'

I think the biggest problem I have with an artist using AI tools is that they remove a key part of the learning process.
Why bother experimenting with new techniques and working outside your comfort zone when you can just type in a prompt and copy what a program poops out?
