Mamdani bekommt zurecht viel Aufmerksamkeit. Aber: In Virginia feiern die Demokraten einen Erdrutschsieg. Das könnte Republikanisches Gerrymandering stoppen. Denn auf einmal wäre es gefährlich, Wahlbezirke zu zeichnen, in denen die Mehrheiten von Republikanern auf dem Papier weniger als 10% betragen

Wie schön das Gefühl ist, einmal zu guten Nachrichten aufzuwachen. Man vergisst es ja schon fast.

Last week Time Magazine solicited a piece from me on Zohran Mamdani & anti-Muslim hate. I pitched a framing re the dehumanization of Muslims & how Mamdani’s inclusive, socialist campaign in its content resists that. They agreed. I wrote the piece. 1/

I don't like Tucker Carlson, and I like Hitler even less, but in fairness to both of them I have to say....

If Mamdani wins I will leave New York. I will go live in one of the other 5 houses I have, perhaps the one in South Florida, or the one in Paris, or Napa, or Cabo, but I will definitely leave New York. I will keep my apartment, though, because it's awesome and New York is great. But I will leave.
