Was invited to Studio Ponoc to chat & tour. Was incredible watching the artists from ghibli work; painting backgrounds with paint & brush, animating so the pencil & paper & seeing all the amazing production art lining the walls. They even showed me some original cels & bgs from Mononoke! Speechless

Some really cool things some awesome industry folks have said about my little indie feature. If you’re in Victoria BC, the Worlds Divide is screening tomorrow at 5:30pm at the @victoriafilmfest! There is only one screening so catch it while it’s there!

I was working at my uni's radio station and @djaxx.bsky.social was there! Such an inspiration for me, so I asked for a autograph and I got a cool drawing! Super excited to see The Worlds Divide!

The budget of Flow is 3.5 million eur. With a smaller budget there are limitations, but that can also lead to creative solutions. I think that it's very exciting that independent animation is being recognised which will allow more films like this to be made.
