What’s your book’s theme song?

Good literary translation requires understanding (language, culture, genre--on both sides of the translation) and an ability to write well. "AI" can't do that. There are no shortcuts. Treat your work and foreign language readers with the respect they deserve. You won't fool anyone with this.

I think they mostly go to the big neighborhoods or trick or trunk events now. We didn't get many, but it was about three times more than last year.

Halloween went well. I bought too much candy so each kid got a fistful. Bookwise, we did okay but I need more books in Spanish next year and some for older boys/teens. Spotted some teens in the yard and suspected mischief, but they were just taking pics with the decorations.
