Friend had an iPad stolen, reported it, had camera footage. Cops find and get the guy. Ipad shows up in FindMy, friend calls up cops to assist in getting it back.

Case is closed. They got the guy. So the stolen stuff? Not stolen anymore. Pawn shops can sell it now, friend has ZERO recourse.
