I have a similar feeling about my cow sona, I'm often encouraged/asked to make her chest bigger, but, part of the bit is that she's a Dexter miniature cow, most "normal" sized cows are supposed to dwarf her

I'm not sure if the specifics of Penny's creation will be delved into much in the main story (and probably won't have the time to animate much of it for a while) but I do like exploring these kinds of themes with her

Real quick sketch of Penny's construction in a laboratory somewhere in Canada. This is pretty far into her development cycle, as Dr. McKenzie can be seen preparing to replace the prototype left arm with the revised one.
