After the first watch if I want to remind myself what it was about I just listen most of the time. So for me audio-only would be pretty useful :)

I noticed an interesting thing... Apart from many people, because I have diseases that shorten my lifespan, I'm not worrying about the past or future much. I'm fully present in the present day. This allows me to experience events more deeply, enjoy the little things, and be more attentive to others.
