wait you're totally right... I was picturing cc Cloud getting really bad episodes beneath his bulky helmet throughout missions and having Sephiroth actually be the only presence that alleviates his pain without him knowing it at first.

One day I’ve got to write a sc fic where one or the other suffers from migraines. I just have to project the miseries of this wretched thing onto a fictional character and feel better about myself.

Migraine free after a week of torture. Wow… the grass really is greener on the other side.

The moment the cook had walked into the dining hall, he had been welcomed and a seat had been pulled for him. That’s when she had learned his name was Cloud. Which was a funny name, but Cloud didn’t seem concerned as he introduced her and Yuffie puffed up her chest to show off. Cloud had even called her ‘The Greatest Treasure Hunter Yuffie’! Which was true, but she was glad he remembered.
