YES! Cain is a HUGE collector! It's actually why Varric nicknamed him magpie :3
His favorite things to collect are unusually colored inks (he loves writing, especially poetry), jewelry that he doesn't actually tend to wear, unique daggers, rare books, and anything in his favorite shade of red.

Cain has considered it. He loves Dorian dearly, but the distance once he left for Tevinter was so painful, he almost couldn't bear it. The years between Inquisition and Veilguard were really rough for them :/
They adore each other more than anything though, so they stuck it out

Harley: A tad stronger than average, but more suited to finesse rather than brute strength.
Rowan: Very strong! Again, primarily finesse, but he also has respectable strength in general.
Cain: Average! Once again, very dexterous.
Iovianus: Slightly below average except for—you guessed it—dexterity.

Luckily for them, they're both very good at apologizing and recognizing when they've been unfair or irrational after a brief moment spent cooling off. In the case of their less volatile arguments, they typically come to some kind of agreement after a few minutes :)

When they do, it's usually because something else set one of them off like when Fenris snaps at Hawke after fighting Hadrianna. In those rare instances where tempers get out of hand, Fenris is typically the one to get angry, though Rowan has had a moment or two of his own.

Rowan and Fenris hardly ever fight, but when they do, it's closer to a tense discussion than anything you'd picture when you think of an argument. They're both capable of impressive civility, and Rowan is incredibly patient, so things almost NEVER get legitimately heated.

Harley has a normal amount of ass, but it's very muscular.
Rowan has sliiiightly more than the average amount of ass and it's got a bit of softness to it.
Cain is caked the fuck up (one of these guys had to be).
Iovianus has one that's somewhere between Cain and Rowan, and it's pretty soft :P

It would be the 2 mascs on the softball team in a floppy novel romance. Marian is the confident thirst trap and Aveline is the obviously gay unsure hottie trapped in heteronormative hell trope.

He was caught off guard by Rowan's lack of anger or even distrust upon Fenris revealing that the whole job was a front to get the slavers off his back. He'd expected some amount of unpleasantness, but was met with kindness instead. Something about Rowan felt very genuine, and it put him at ease.

Rowan isn't afraid to use his popularity to warn them off of her, and is, in fact, known to be a bit of a white knight in that regard. Everybody likes him, so he uses that to keep the bullied kids from getting picked on as best he can.

Aveline looks down her nose at her for being slutty, but they're both close friends with Rowan so they end up hanging around each other more often than they would have of their own volition. Merrill is a huge history nerd and has the best grades, but she tends to be the target of bullies.

Aveline is the captain of the softball team, and is the person who usually gets them back out of the trouble Varric gets them into. Isabela is a big party-goer and is always on board with all of Varric's shenanigans.

When Rowan starts showing interest in Fenris, someone who isn't already part of their friend group, Anders doesn't take it very well. Varric is both class clown and the English teacher's pet, and is the main reason they tend to get involved in crazy shit.

Rowan would be the kindhearted, surprisingly intelligent jock who does his best to make everyone feel included, especially the new, standoffish loner kid with white hair. Anders was the class clown before he lost his parents, and now he seems to have latched onto Rowan as a lifeline of sorts.

Harley is one of those people who always manage to look good despite not putting in any effort.
Rowan cares about his appearance a reasonable amount, but he isn't vain.
Cain puts lots of effort into how he looks and stresses if he doesn't look the way he wants, more out of perfectionism than vanity

I somehow haven't done any art for my actual favorite ship handers yet, but! I HAVE drawn my favorite rare(-ish) pair merehawke multiple times (feat. tumblr user thewardenisonthecase's Elizabeth Hawke for the second one 🙂‍↕️)

Rowan didn't actually leave Fenris behind to help the Inquisition on purpose. They'd been off doing different things in different places, and Rowan got home first, found Varric's letter, and didn't have enough time to wait around for Fenris to come home.
