Lovely to visit Ground Coffee Society at their new café in St Mary’s Church, creating a warm, welcoming community hub in the heart of Putney ☕️

M&S is back in Putney next week!

Almost a century after it first opened in our community, Marks and Sparks will be great for local jobs, shoppers and Putney High Street.

I am very disappointed by the news that Albert Bridge is closing to vehicles for up to a year for repairs. There will be a knock on impact on bus routes and traffic through Putney. I have already talked with TfL and the council about ways to minimise disruption for residents and businesses. I know that Kensington and Chelsea Council will be working hard to fix this. There is now even more reason for the Government to agree the funding to re-open Hammersmith Bridge to buses and other vehicles.
