it hurts like crazy, but I know that I gave her the longest and happiest life she could ever want. As pet owners, our greatest honor is in providing for our animals' needs to the best of our abilities, and giving them a peaceful end when their time comes. I love you forever, Crushy. Today, my oldest cat Crush passed away. She was 16 years old. I adopted her fresh out of grad school, and she's been my spoiled baby ever since. Recently, her age caught up with her, and today she let me know it was time. She passed peacefully with a belly full of churu and a heart full of love.
