Absolutely! Across every neighborhood, we need sidewalks that are walkable and safe.

Too many of our sidewalks are cracked and pose a safety hazard, especially for kiddos, seniors, and neighbors with disabilities.

We will have an infrastructure bond plan to address this basic issue all across PVD.

This Veterans Day, I’m thinking of my friends and neighbors who served our country and now find themselves facing personal struggles, from housing insecurity to unmet mental health needs.

Today, I honor all our neighbors who served with deep appreciation and a renewed commitment to do more.

This weekend, our team did more than talk about our vision of building a Providence for all.

While knocking on hundreds of doors, our volunteers handed out information of local food pantries helping to feed and care for our neighbors in need! 🫶🏾

Man, 78, dies after being hit by van in Providence The man was struck while crossing the street at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Abram Street late Thursday night, police said.

This week, we lost another neighbor to traffic violence. Documented for excessive speeding and pedestrian injuries, Branch Avenue has been in desperate need of traffic calming measures.
