Feel free to send in a session request form if you or someone you know could benefit from more holistic therapy approaches. Expressive arts therapy and EMDR are less dependent on the whole "talking is healing" part of therapy. Let's get creative, and learn to look at life in new ways!

Just submitted my proposal for a second workshop offering through Arts for Learning WNY called, Time Wool Tell: Explore the Art of 3D Wet Felting. This will invite kids and their families to create a 3D wet felted vessel and learn about the history of recycled fiber art and it's environmental impact
