Trump multiple times just today has said the country is at war. War can only be declared by Congress, and Iran posed no imminent threat. What Trump is doing there is a textbook illegal war and impeachable offense — if we still had a Congress.

Trying to eliminate Islamism (an ideology) by bombing civilians in Muslim countries will only cause more people to take up arms against the aggressors and become Islamic fighters (Islamists).
You can’t fight an ideology this way - the only way might be through education.
