The guide will highlight food culture across Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. North Carolina tourism entities are investing over $1 million over three years to be included.

This marks the first time Carolinas restaurants can receive Michelin recognition.

The big reveal happens Monday, Nov. 3 at Greenville, SC's Peace Center.
