Yesterday, that also changed. I was energetic, disciplined and excited to better myself.

I hope tomorrow is no different!

I wish I could sleep and wake up even earlier but I am yet to achieve that. Despite the obviously better schedule, diet and performance, I'd also continued to feel feverish, tired and weak upon entering the gym every morning and continued to struggle to push myself as well as I used to.
