1) panicked rearmament with way harder social consequences

2) conflict (or possibly full scale war) with Russia (either going full Baltic or the “show that article 5 does not work” landgrab scenario)

3) Europe just accepting learning little to nothing 2014 scenario

Also imagined where the rest of Europe / NATO would be if Ukraine would have folded in 3weeks with minimal Russian casualties.
