So I’m going to be skinny next year.

I watched 164 movies in 2025. My 2026 resolution is that I can’t watch a movie unless I’ve gotten some sort of movement for either an hour OR the run time of the movie I want to watch. Might go with the latter. So like if I want to watch a 2 hr movie, I need 2hrs of movement before I can watch it.

One last one before I finally go to bed (approaching 3am). I feel like a reason why this site didn’t pop off for me initially was due to my discover page being kind of shit. I gotta manually tune it. Go over my likes in media and add them as tags. All of them. Movies, music, books etc.

Also I set up a NAS at home. I really need to figure out secure, remote connectivity. I always struggle on keeping a journal - and I feel like maybe doing it digitally FIRST and then writing it down could work for me? Don’t feel like having those thoughts in some cloud anywhere though.

I’ve been going to the library a lot lately to check out movies. Tbh this is so goated, and what I should’ve been doing for years. Using two systems in case one of them doesn’t have a title I want to see.

Hoping I can get a majority of my Letterboxd logs next year from library check outs tbh.

Think I’m gonna try dumping here again. I lurk, and occasionally repost, on Twitter still - but that place is a hell hole. Want to keep IG a “desktop experience” as much as I can. Feel like Tumblr is just where I queue stuff. So. Here’s to posting again.
