Stunned beyond words, all Sky could do was slowly clap as her eyes followed left stage for the new presence beaming to overshadow the Professor. Tall, basketball athlete-type of slender with deep warm brown skin, this Kino Medarda carried himself with cool efficiency and grace to the professor's side. The height difference between the two felt straight out of a comedy duo. Strong chin held high with each stride as Sky imagined a king would present themselves in front of an audience, Kino kept his hands by his side curled to fists strong. Not in a way threatening— assured, rather. Heels of what Sky could only assume to be of, in her opinion, very much overpriced shoes clicked against the wooden floors in pivoting to the rest of the staff. Bright pink tongue poked out ever so slightly wetting the waterline of his lips ...

Jayce has described his family as ‘comfortable but not rich’, which Vander now realizes might just be Jayce’s perception of things. Jayce’s childhood home is about as big as the entire building where Vander grew up, not to mention the generous amount of land around it. Vander briefly wonders if they have a groundskeeper as he parks his rusty green sedan and rounds the car to open the door for Jayce.

Welcome to Thursday, where the theme is Class Divide! As it is one of the strongest themes of Arcane, every character is a product of their environment. How does this affect their relationships?

"You really don't need to do this." Viktoriia stutters. Lest has never been intimidating, why is she nervous now? "Just relax, Viki," Lest says as she guides Viktoria to lay on her back. "What's a little experimentation between friends?" Lest slowly climbs onto Viktoriia's lap, tail flicking behind her with interest. "You promise to tell me if I'm going to far, right?" Lest's voice is laced with genuine concern that somehow puts Viktoriia at ease. If there's anyone she can trust with this, it's Lest. "I promise."

"Lovely" Lest's smile is saccharine but underlined with something almost predatory. She leans down, brushing a strand of hair behind Viktoriia's ear. Amber eyes stare into each other, silently acknowledging the importance of this moment. Lest has always been beautiful, of course, but something about having her so close - smelling her lilac perfume, seeing her soft lips just inches away - has Viktoria seeing her in a new light. "I think it would help-" Viktoria gulps, "if we kissed." "An excellent idea." Lest purrs. She leans closer, their lips millimeters away. "You always were the smart one."
