art has always been my safe haven (even when it’s frustrating in its own way haha), and i’m so thankful and appreciative that there are people out there who like what i make 😭💖 i hope 2026 will also be filled with lots of growth and great memories!!! 🥹💖🥳🥳

for next year, i want to get better at balancing making my normal art and trying to figure out more merch ideas i have! i didn’t get to draw as much illustration wise this year as i’d have liked (i did draw more chibis this year than i have in the past decade probably tho 🤣)

there are things i could have done better. and i most definitely spent most of this year very tired and burnt out, but i don’t regret it 🥹 i’ve made new friends, met so many kind people who liked my art, and got to make so many unforgettable memories 💖

and i’m so glad i decided to do it. it was so tiring and exhausting balancing making merchandise, making my normal art, tabling, traveling, work, and other normal life things but it was so rewarding 🥹

i was honestly so scared and worried i was being too optimistic and that i was thinking too highly of myself and my art, and it would all come back to bite me. but i decided to do it anyways. i told myself to do it scared because otherwise i’ll always wonder about the what if.

2025 is the year i decided to take the leap of fate and do a lot of things for the first time like table at cons, make merchandise, go to fan events, talk with more artists and writers (and meet new people in general!!), open an online shop, etc
