I'll be on the Shelving Cart Podcast this evening and my nerves reminded me that I should be sharing stuff like that once in a while. So here goes:

The people who want violent protests to happen are Trump, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Pete Hegseth, Tom Homan, and other senior appointees in his admin. They are doing everything they possibly can to provoke people to violence and it is obvious that is what they hope for daily.

It's time we gave Gen-Z some movie memories as good as the ones we were given in the 1980s.

I want to make it perfectly clear I've got nothing against TRON: ARES. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

But what I want most is for the younger generations to love going to the movies, which means we need more movies for them. Not every movie needs to be for 50 year old white guys.

This doesn't just affect rural areas. All those rural people who survive the 2+ hour transport are going to drown the capacity of remaining hospitals. There will be pain, injury, and death for everyone to share.

There are reports that the *entire* office of special education at the US Dept of Education has been cut. These hardworking folks ensure kids with disabilities get equal access to a quality education.

America’s children deserve better than this.

For non-US folks: IDEA is the rule that dictates that disabled kids are to have equal opportunities for a public education. Taking away the people who fund and enforce it is basically leaving disabled kids and their families to fend for themselves.

The President seems unwell. From his physical symptoms to his visible cognitive decline, the American people deserve clear answers about his ability to serve. I’ve formally called on the White House Physician to provide transparency and the truth about President Trump’s health.

A WGN producer was among the people taken, allegedly because she was among a group of bystanders who tried to intervene. ICE agents hit this car while making their getaway.
