I've had this journal since i fractured my vertebra a few years ago but didn't keep up the habit. I started again this year and i'm grateful that I get to include life beyond all the stuff I was so worried about at the time

I'm loving journaling as a regular practice. Instead of my old method of writing an entry every six months when I'm feeling particularly heightened levels of angst – I'm including good stuff and mundane stuff. It makes rereading so much more informative because of the surrounding context!
