Ultimate Ninjas is a chain but there is all sorts of Ninja gyms through the United States. Even if doing exercises that includes obstacles is not your fancy, that is a-ok, they teach regular style work outs and know how to make things easier or harder depending on ur skill level

I highly recommend checking out their adult fitness classes, it is so much fun!
