Yesterday I had that raw puerh from EoT. Yunyun 2014. It has some satisfying bitterness, it's thick, and interesting aroma. Good tea

I did have some experience of incense burning in a teahouse. But the drinking room was separate from the storage room, and the incense was really subtle. I guess historically tea and incense is a bit related...

It's some Taiwanese oolong, it tasted like it had some roast, but not too strong. The rolling was pretty light too

Today I had some aged oolong (probably over 20yo). I'm issually disappointed with aged oolong, but after some online conversation, I'm brewing hard. 9g/120ml, yixing teapot. It's better. But I still find it a bit... too simple?

Baozhong high roast from Tea Repertoire, in Geneva. Interesting tea. It really has some notes common to HK roasts, but with a bit of mentol and without any harshness. Interesting and tasty tea.

Nannuoshan Handmade dong ding 2024. Special and great tea, but a bit too fresh. Since everything is handmade, the tea balls aren't so tight, and it reflects in the first steep,it makes better first steep
