That's so funny! My dad and I have canoed the Colorado from Topock AZ down to Lake Havasue many times! Cali on one side of the river and Arizona on the other. You go through an Indian reservation on part of it, there are some petroglyphs just a short hike from the river.

The cabins that I post about are an hour and a half drive north. Forest fire danger is extremely high up there right now.

Oh cool. We've been in the 40's in the early morning but 80's during the day. Our two gas fireplaces remain un-light.😁. Never been up in Northern Nevada. Been to Vegas and Laughlin many times though. My dad used to live in Palm Springs CA and we would drive to Laughlin occasionally.

My allergies have been kicking my butt this summer too. Everyone's ponds are drying up around here and our spring fed creek is as low as I've ever seen it. Same with all the rivers around here too Jeanne. It's scary
