Things like getting tattoos and sometimes surgeries etc to transition into something that lines up more with how they see themselves and what makes them happy. I know others have also basically just made costumes instead of full on animal suits.

Instead of getting body modifications etc. and just wearing something like that often. For example someone I am mutuals with on tumblr is currently in the progress of creating and prototyping a fully functional whale suit that they could potentially live in.

And other people have done more like me-

Well, it of course won’t be anything 100% like a regular animal, I’d basically be wearing ears and a tail and have modifications to my appearance like piercings, makeup etc. to look more like an animal as well, among other things.
