We've tried carrots. She's meh on them. Mostly she & her big sis just shred them up all over my floor instead of consuming them. A carrot to them is like an orange bully stick.

I'm not clear on how much of this is from the email or if the end is added commentary.

Whenever I see/hear a younger woman in tech say there isn't a gender issue, I reply "you're welcome." Sometimes I'll remind them we're all standing on the shoulders of giants who came before & cleared a path.
