We're hopeful we can save her eye, since the swelling has decreased and it generally looks much better 🤞 but its not guaranteed. We're going to try anyways, and if she still needs it out later, we'll make that happen, some how.

Her overall demeanor also improves, and you can tell she is more comfortable in the last image.

Ariel is a total sweetheart, and in the last 2 weeks we have seen an increase in appetite (yay, weight gain!!), her energy levels have improved, and the swelling of her eye has reduced 🥳 she has started grooming herself again, playing with toys, and chatting with us! 💞

We have treated her anemia, her fleas, her tapeworms, and her upper respiratory infection. We've also done lots of blood work! 😅 Her first vet trip alone was 300usd, just for some answers!

Kaiju's mom was a breeder cat, 8 years old still popping out kittens. Yes, a bad breeder 😒 The lady still insists he is a full American Shorthair- I saw his mom, yes, she was an American Shorthair. But Kaiju is def the milk man's son 🫠 An OOPS kitten, its called in rescue.
