Oh yes, weirdly so does mine usually but I’d put it through social and sensory hell in the week and it was threatening meltdown by Friday evening and not socialising-ready til Sunday morning. Brain will initialise quicker next time and bad singing will be guaranteed.

No, nothing in that judgment should lead doctors to think they can refuse to take on trans patients. It has spawned a lot of nonsense talk though. Trans healthcare is also a pre-existing disgrace and having to change GP to get gender-affirming care, particularly hormones, isn’t rare unfortunately.
