Getting pranked by Darumi, collared by Hiruko and drooled on by Yugamu in this chili's tonight.

And he can hide the marks well.

Lifting his gaze to meet Yugamu's and offering his arm like a slab of meat to a starving man.

"Try not to tear it off. Please."

until the fabric gathers in a rumpled mess at his upper arm.
This should be a good spot to get a feel for it. Takumi assumes the skin around his arm might be less sensitive to pain compared to areas Yugamu might think of. 》

even if the topic of choice is a little grisly. Though, Takumi is also curious about the stories Yugamu has to tell. Preferably not in much detail...

Shrugging off his jacket, it slips of his shoulder and lands on the couch arm, left forgotten. Takumi brushes the sleeve of his hoodie up up, 》

but not up close and it's different when Takumi is the direct cause of it.

He decides to avert his attention, give himself something else to busy himself with, for his own sanity.

"Have you ever used your teeth at one of your jobs?" Small talk is good diversion too, 》

Takumi sits impassive while Yugamu makes an effort to regain some of his composure. Eyes darting to the hand that takes care of the drool, make himself more presentable. He gnaws at his inner cheek, the sight making him skittish. It's not like he hasn't seen it before 》

so he traces his fingers along the seam. Velvet, perhaps? ..If he's gonna wear one, might as well pick the coziest option.

"This one's alright." Picking it up, eyes back on Hiruko. Uh, is he supposed to just..put that on right now?

He takes his sweet time rummaging through them. So many choices he's made up to this point and here is where he gets indecisive?

His hand brushes against a black one, the dark red bell chiming at the touch. It feels softer than the other leathery ones, 》

How generous she is, but not enough to allow him to back out of this, apparently.
He shrugs it off, like many other times when Hiruko makes decisions for him and steps closer. Taking a look wouldn't hurt. If he thinks about it as a fashion item, it might feel less weird. 》

Looks like she didn't skip her smartass classes either...not like he would ever say that out loud.

Takumi watches, stupefied, when Hiruko pulls out way too many bell collars one person should have on them by sheer coincidence.

"Do you carry these around all the time?" 💧 》

"....Really? That's...nice of you."

His hands are barely visible, almost swallowed up by his sweater but he grips at the cuff harshly, crinkling the fabric.

Well, maybe there's a sprinkle of teasing mixed in with the rest too. But that doesn't diminish what he said, or what it means.

He turns his head promptly, peering into the distance. All to escape Yugamu's single observant eye. 》

Lucky him. He just barely avoided the Hornygamu-begone spray.

Takumi is uncharacteristically silent, though. No shrugging off his words, or complaints or cute reations for Yugamu to feast on. He just stares back quietly, trying to process that these are...Yugamu's genuine feelings? 》

lost in his own thoughts for a second. He might have seen something in the gift-o-matic that could ease her struggles a little.

Turning his attention back to her when he speaks.

"If you have nothing to do right now, come with me for a second. 》

"I don't think animals and headaches work the same way." He offers, tone neutral. Even if she plays off the pain as something inconsequential, Takumi has a hard time turning a blind eye to it.

"Having had worse makes no difference if you're hurting right now." He makes a thinking face, 》

Her explanation isn't very coherent, not like that's anything unusual to Takumi. A lot of the things she says tend to leave him perplexed but right now he has to wonder if that hit to the head only made her blabbering worse. 》

For some reason, Takumu suddenly wonders how he ended up here. But no turning back now, it's all to beat Hiruko. Let the gay commence!

Maybe he should keep things simple for now.

"It's...a match between us. I will say something nice to you and then you will say something nice back. The first who gets flustered loses. Are you in?"

"It's.. ah.." Trailing off, clearly at a loss for words. How does he explain Hiruko baiting him into a gay off contest? Does Shion even know about human concepts like sexuality? Could Takumi explain that, if he asked? And that's what he usually does, ask a lot of questions. 》

"And sorry to ruin your fantasy but no one's getting their hand cut off today." He won't allow this to turn into a gore route.

"Come one. We can probably saw these in half." With a slight tug of his arm, he heads to the Metal Shop. With Darumi in tow, not like she has much elsewhere to go

"I should be the one asking why you're so unbothered by this" Twisting and turning his cuffed hand to check if there's any other way to open them. Hey, maybe Darumi's just pranking him after all. Let a guy dream.

Dream and get them crushed, because he finds no such thing. 》
