Here's what I'm using on my Surface Pro 7.
Note that Searchlight is missing because it is broken in GNOME 49

If you're gonna use it in the desktop space these are the extensions I recommend

Dash to Panel (if you're going with a conventional desktop look)
Dash to Dock (for a more MacOS look)
ArcMenu
and SearchLight

GNOME can be great in the desktop space too with the right extensions, but I'm using it for the mobile reason since this is on a Surface Pro 7 (KDE Plasma's current on screen keyboard has major bugs and still uses qt5).

As for fastfetch, I generated the logo from an image using chafa x3
