A few times the bottom of the video.

Parents and teachers need to do a better job educating our kids. Not only can the internet be a sketchy place if you're not careful, so can real life.

Kids on the internet shouldn't be something for the government to handle. That's the parents responsibility. Making a federal case on kids activity online is just giving away those responsibilities to strangers. A dangerous move especially nowadays with people in power having sketchy backgrounds.
