The Y7 hockey team maintained high spirits in pouring down rain playing against Y Pant. Although we narrowly lost, there was some great hockey on display & tactical play. P.O.T.M were Darcy, Ethan, Dom & Lily but as always, it was a great team effort!

In challenging weather conditions, the U15& U14 hockey teams played against Bryntirion in the pouring rain. All pupils did themselves & the school proud with some excellent tactical playing despite the weather, creating some great goals. The players of the match were Maisie & Rosie. Well done team!

The u16 hockey team played Bryntirion last week at home. It was a close game with one goal separating the teams, luckily for Brynteg! Well done to Lucy for showing great composure to slot the ball away and Rosie who was awarded player of the match. Great playing team!

Conor D in Y11 competed in the 8th USA IFK International Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Albany, New York, over the weekend. This was a very tough competition, and Conor came away with 1st place in the U18s Open Kata category.
