Bonus tip: ask your GP to put in the order for the next year during your routine physical, then make a note to confirm in your Reminders — these often have a long waitlist!

On that note, you should also be getting an annual physical! Schedule the next year’s at the end of the current year’s.

Waiting for my first tit squish, better known as a mammogram! Reminder that regular mammograms are recommended starting at age 40, so be sure to add it to your health routine if you qualify. The panini press (as my friend calls it) is far less uncomfortable than late-stage cancer treatment.
