Tonight (Thursday 10/09) Chattahoochee Zen Circle will meet in the Meeting House at 7:00PM for Sitting Meditation. We will begin an 8 week study of the Sixteen Exercises of Mindfulness Breathing from the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh in the tradition of Plum Village.
