The no Kings protest today at the Larkspur ferry terminal in County. My video doesn’t do it justice. The entire overpass from the terminal to the shopping centre was packed on both sides and the street was lined in both directions for blocks. Lots of honks in support. NO KINGS SINCE 1776!!!!

Decided to head out again today, despite the occasionally gusty conditions promised. A better ride,, and a little bit more distance. Glad I went. The picture of the sleeping lady was taken from my water break about 17 1/2 miles in.

Debatable, but certainly in better shape than when we were working together at SCCDCC…. Hope all is well.

Poor decision but not unexpected

The price of eggs locally in northern California appears to have hit nine dollars a dozen as was rum while we were travelling. and yet Costco had 24 eggs for 750 today. Reminds me of the toilet paper crisis where supplies were limited and prices skyrocketed and then return more to normal.

Wondering why ocean water is not used in
firefighting efforts close to the water, when other Water is not available. I know there are environmental concerns but it seems that the emissions caused by burning buildings would be worse. The soil will need to be treated anyway. Thoughts?
